Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
- Capable of following company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
