Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a critical role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and creating an inviting shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
