Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
