Store Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the overall store appearance. This position is full-time, typically averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stocking duties.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor and report product inventory and any store issues.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Adhere to security measures and maintain document confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
