Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback to management, monitor inventory, and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service, operate a cash register, and use store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience is a plus.
