Team Leader: Store 7171

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box Store 7171 team. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to provide guests with an exceptional experience, including ensuring high-quality food and maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• Effective communication skills and basic math proficiency.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of people and demonstrate analytical and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk during the majority of the shift, carry moderate weight, and perform tasks such as operating a cash register.
