1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock and preparing merchandise for shipment. This position requires working 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute to process improvements suggested by warehouse management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
