Job Description

We are looking for 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a part-time position with flexible hours, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of products within our warehouse operations. Our team members work in various areas, handling merchandise with care and attention to detail to meet our store orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise following product guidelines and warehouse safety standards.
• Prepare shipments by sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate a conscientious attitude towards work quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive for success by displaying excellent performance and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to work both independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain physical stamina for continuous movement and various warehouse tasks.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
