1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently fulfilling orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, load/unload shipments, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts, communicate effectively with peers and management, and contribute to process improvements.
• Inspect products, follow safety guidelines, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
