2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, and ensuring warehouse appearance standards are met. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist with unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely following established guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
