1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a full-time team member, you will be working 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning, inventory counts, and cooperate effectively with peers.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, commitment to collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work well in team settings.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
