1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. This is a full-time position offering 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, relocating, organizing, and loading merchandise for store shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and interact effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and contribute to achieving budget goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
