Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
