Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
