Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a Full-Time schedule with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
