Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing top-notch customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Manage inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash handling.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience is considered.
