Brief Description:

The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a key role responsible for executing the Epidiolex market access business plan within the assigned territory of the entire State of New York. This position involves building relationships with providers and accounts, educating on payer policies, ensuring patient access, and collaborating with various teams to achieve objectives.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze data and develop action plans.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with providers and accounts.
  • Educate on patient access services and programs.
  • Proactively address patient access issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Conduct business development reviews and provide training activities.
  • Stay updated on managed care and reimbursement policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • BA/BS Degree and 5+ years of pharma or biopharmaceutical experience.
  • Experience in account management, reimbursement, and integrated health systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel.
