Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a talented Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join our team. As a key member of the US Medical Affairs (USMA) Training and Excellence team, you will be responsible for developing and executing training programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create and implement scientific training curriculum.
• Develop strategic training plans for assigned therapeutic areas and USMA teams.
• Onboard new hires to ensure field readiness and continuous development.
• Maintain and update training content to reflect the latest data and information.
• Evaluate training program success and adapt delivery methods for optimal learning.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with prior field experience preferred.
• Experience in adult learning education and training program development.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
