Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: JAZZ) is seeking an Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead in Oncology. This critical role oversees the late product lifecycle, driving strategies from proof of concept to approval. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, collaboration, and strategic skills to optimize value for patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Late Development Team(s) to execute product strategy from POC to approval.
• Establish vision and strategy in collaboration with matrix teams.
• Develop global Integrated Product Development Plans and oversee regulatory filings.
• Provide guidance to functional teams, mentor team members, and optimize team performance.
• Align the organization to execute the product strategy effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product development.

Requirements

• +15 years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
• Strong leadership in late-stage drug development with proven innovation.
• Experience in Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
• Effective problem solver with a strategic mindset and cross-functional management skills.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
