Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to play a pivotal role within the Analytics & Insights team. The ideal candidate will lead the application of advanced analytics methodologies to uncover insights and actions, contribute to strategic insights sharing across the franchise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and analysis of brand and market performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead in applying advanced analytics methodologies for generating novel insights.
• Prepare and communicate insights-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Contribute to strategic insights sharing across the franchise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and analysis of brand and market performance analytics.

Requirements

• BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Deep experience with pharmaceutical data sources.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
