Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join the Hematology-Oncology team. This strategic leadership role involves managing and inspiring a team of Medical Science Liaisons to deliver field-based medical support aligned with research and business objectives. Reporting to the National Director, US Medical Affairs, this position will lead, coach, and develop MSLs to enhance performance and strategic alignment within the Jazz Oncology Franchise.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to MSLs in cultivating thought leaders in Hematology-Oncology.
• Lead, manage, and develop MSLs to support high performance and align with strategic goals.
• Ensure clear territory engagement plans and collection of clinical insights.
• Collaborate with the Medical Leadership Team and establish a positive team culture.

Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent with experience in Oncology.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, managing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Field-based position requiring up to 60% travel.
