Responsibilities

• Work closely with the direct leader to enhance operational performance
• Develop and communicate job responsibilities to direct reports
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product quality standards
• Supervise day-to-day team operations and ensure a high level of customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with prior management preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
