Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining high operational standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
