Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
