Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, supervising teams, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations and performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to support team development.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and values to promote teamwork.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Participate in the hiring process and provide product feedback.
• Oversee inventory procedures, product handling, and customer service standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
