We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management by overseeing day-to-day activities, improving operating results, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include establishing job responsibilities, providing training opportunities, monitoring inventory, and maintaining store standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities and provide guidance to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Management experience is a plus.
