Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented individual for the position of Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation within the GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities team. This role involves overseeing and optimizing data and analytics platforms crucial to the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive strategic initiatives, and foster strong cross-functional relationships to enhance data innovation in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic objectives for clinical data platform(s).
• Optimize Jazz's utilization of data platforms through effective change management strategies.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
• Build and maintain relationships across various departments and with external vendors.
• Stay updated on technology advancements relevant to clinical trials.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial study design and data collection processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with CDASH standards and clinical data collection systems.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical trials with 3 years in leadership roles.
