ChristianaCare In-Person Hiring Event: RN, LPN

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated RNs and LPNs to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team at our in-person hiring event. If you are passionate about providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered.
• Assist with IV functions and training for proficiency within the first 90 days.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
