The Rounds is the portal for managing everything that comes in/out of your home, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. We are seeking passionate Field Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As the face of The Rounds, you will engage with potential Members at various events to promote our sustainable grocery delivery services and drive new Member acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Educate potential Members about The Rounds' offerings at popup events.
• Achieve new Member acquisition targets through effective sales techniques.
• Onboard new Members and assist with their first orders.
• Provide feedback to enhance event setups and sales strategies.

• Experience in sales with a strong focus on conversion.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation
