Job Description

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will develop care plans, ensure goal-oriented treatment, and support patient discharge planning. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $32 to $44 per hour, along with benefits including 401(k) with matching, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of hire
• Current DE RN license or compact state license
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months
• IV proficiency or willingness to train
