ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our team. As a Full-Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Plan for patient discharge.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• IV proficiency or willingness to train.
