Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report product issues.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
