Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
