Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company policies.
• Contribute to inventory management and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
