Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Support inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Efficient cash handling and customer service skills
- Ability to operate equipment like a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber
- Experience in retail operations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
