Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, upholding security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
