Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience at Aldi.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with the team, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
