Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
