Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to guarantee a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases while maintaining a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and general cleaning skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
