We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for overseeing store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while guiding and developing the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
