Responsibilities

• Lead field force analytics and operational effectiveness for the Oncology Business Unit.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize field process and analytics to support business strategies.
• Design and implement customer call planning tools and sales force reporting.
• Manage incentive compensation programs and deliver insightful presentations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with data strategy & commercial IS teams to enhance analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in sales operations/analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with IQVIA, Symphony or related pharmaceutical data.
• Proficient in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and Excel.
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
