Job Description
Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of digital systems supporting Global Clinical Development Operations. Working closely with stakeholders across various functions, you will ensure optimal trial performance and continuous improvement through technology solutions. This position demands expertise in clinical digital systems, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of clinical trial operations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development and delivery of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
- Act as an expert advisor for technology and analytics solutions to enhance trial performance.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to support GCDO needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects and represent GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in clinical digital systems, analytics/reporting platforms, and programming.
- Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on clinical trials and compliance.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and manage complex projects.
Education and Experience
- BA/BS in a scientific/healthcare or technology field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology for pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standards.
