Job Description: Oncology Account Manager (Toledo)

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to promote and manage business relationships within the oncology field. This position involves direct promotion of Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products to healthcare providers in the designated area.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to healthcare professionals.
  • Educate physicians about products and approved indications.
  • Achieve sales targets and forecasts.
  • Organize and facilitate medical meetings in compliance with regulations.
  • Establish strong relationships with key physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Represent the company at various events and functions.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in Oncology sales preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of products and disease states.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Post-graduate business school study.
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 3 years in Oncology sales.
  • Experience with Hematology, Solid tumors, AML, or Lung Cancer.
  • Community Oncology practice familiarity.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Frequent travel and interactions with external contacts. Office-based work environment.

Benefits:

  • Market-competitive base pay range: $128,000-$192,000.
  • Annual cash bonus and incentive compensation.
