Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Oncology Business Manager to join our team in the Northeast region. As an essential member of our Market Access division, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing crucial business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans with a focus on group purchasing organizations, contracting, and reimbursement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive Oncology brand objectives and educate stakeholders on access to our portfolio.
  • Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner and foster relationships that benefit patients and support strategic initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

  • Optimize engagements and allocate resources efficiently with strategic oncology accounts.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans for Channel accounts to ensure optimal access to Jazz Oncology products.
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively with leadership and partners to drive access strategy.
  • Manage key business relationships and stay informed about competitive strategies.

Skills / Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with over 10 years of industry experience.
  • Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement models and the healthcare eco-system.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
