Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest )

Job Description

We are looking for an Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As an Oncology Business Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products. This role involves developing and executing business plans, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and positioning Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for current and future initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans with a strong understanding of healthcare economics and reimbursement models.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute against brand objectives and educate on Jazz Oncology portfolio.
• Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts to maximize resources.
• Communicate account plans and insights to inform access strategies for Jazz Oncology products.
• Build and manage key business relationships with health systems and community practice oncology decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
• Strong knowledge of hospital reimbursement models and healthcare ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
