Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to provide strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding decision-making processes, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to support decision making.
• Manage conflicting priorities creatively and proactively.
• Hire, develop, and retain talented team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high scientific standards.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in drug development, regulatory interactions, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using NONMEM, R, and other pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in oncology and global regulatory requirements preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
