Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to join our global biopharmaceutical company, Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead and manage pharmacometrics programs for compounds in oncology, from discovery through post-marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs.
• Manage clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) activities.
• Hire, develop, and lead a team of pharmacometricians.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and high scientific standards.
• Represent Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a subject matter expert in regulatory interactions and collaborations.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in drug development, regulatory interactions, and team leadership.
• Expertise in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $220,000-$330,000.
