Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients worldwide. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs supporting oncology compounds from discovery through post-marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of pharmacometrics-related drug development plans.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making processes.
• Manage and mentor a high-performance team, ensuring the highest scientific standards and innovation.
• Collaborate with external partners, CROs, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Participate in evaluating in-licensing candidates and represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in pharmacometrics.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field with 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated success in regulatory interactions, drug approvals, and leading pharmacometrics teams.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using common pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in applying model-informed drug development and managing collaborations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
