Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Manager to lead the field analytics and operations for the Sleep Business Unit at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing field strategies, optimizing field processes, and driving performance through data analytics and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
• Design and implement customer call planning tools to evaluate field force productivity.
• Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis using Tableau and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational consistency and business analytics advancement.
• Utilize IQVIA and Symphony data for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
• Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
