Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Neurology Account Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals in Manhattan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in establishing partnerships with stakeholders supporting patients and families, executing promotional activities, and contributing to the corporate strategy. This position requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to achieving business objectives in a flexible and innovative manner.
Responsibilities
- Execute local market sales launch plan to drive product success and growth.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers.
- Stay informed about the disease state, product, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives.
- Analyze data to develop strategic business plans and manage financial resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited University or College.
- Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including successful product launch experience.
- Strong analytical, account management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% and work evenings/weekends for events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and excellent communication skills.
Benefits
- Base pay range: $136,000-$204,000 with additional incentives and benefits.
